This is my first year with Arcudi. Prior to having my furnace cleaned I had to call on 2 occasions due to my furnace wouldn't come on. They came within a few hours each time and fixed my issue. Days later they came to do the cleaning. Each time they acted in a professional manner. I'm very satisfied with their service. I'll definitely sign with them again.

This company is the worst company to do business with. I was offered a promotion back in September that offered free tune-up for new customers with oil fill up. I was instructed to go online and fill out the form. I then spoke to a representative who scheduled my first delivery and the promotion free tune-up for December 2023. In January 2024, I received a bill of $658.86 for the tune-up. After talking to a representative who placed the call on hold to speak to Brian, the supervisor, she came back and told me that " I was all set" "it was their mistake". On March 1, 2024, I received a bill with an additional finance charge of $9.74, totaling $668. This was strictly for the promotion tune up which was supposed to be free with new customer fill up. Excellent service. We've had a service contract with them for the last year and have had zero problems. They came out to service the furnace when we bought the house and tuned it right up. Also gave me their opinions about the age of the unit (27 years old) and suggestion on what could possibly replace it with a more efficient unit. Hopefully that won't be needed soon!

Our family has been using Arcudi for about 2 years. We are on the auto fill plan - so we never run out! Their prices are competitive and their customer service far exceeds their competitors. They are friendly and responsive. Someone always answers the phone and problems are quickly resolved. We have a tricky burner - and unfortunately have to call often - and a service guy is always here within an hour of the call. We would absolutely highly recommend!!

I've been an Arcudi customer for about 2.5 years. We have a service contract and automatic oil delivery. Customer service has been outstanding, including emergency service. Despite some negative reviews on here, I've had absolutely no problems with billing or anything else. 4 stars not 5 because their prices are a little high.
