Had the pleasure to have Jhan and apprentice Dakota come to my house and install a new hot water heater. They were on time (actually early), they were both very nice and pleasant to talk to. They were efficient, very professional and did a great job. Both are very young and have a bright future ahead of them. It’s nice to see that the old school work ethic remains strong in the younger generation that far too often get a bad rap. These two are a fine example that it’s alive and well. I can’t say enough good things about DeWolfe. Their team came out a day after our burner stopped working and fixed the issue quickly and for a good price. Both the office and field staff are very friendly, polite and competent. Arrival window was 11-1 and they arrived promptly at 11. Thank you for keeping us warm!

Dealing with Meaghan in the office was a pleasure. She is excellent at explaining things and was very helpful in scheduling our appointment. The service plan offered to cover our heating system and mini splits is reasonably priced and provides good coverage. Juan was on time and professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Great service by Connor and Kevin to diagnose our heat problem. A part has been ordered and is expected to be installed early next week. Great guys, and excellent communication of issue and plan to resolve it.

Friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my experience. Jhan and his assistant were very knowledgeable, I had a a bit of a complicated repair involving the replacement of an old toilet and trap for a sink and they handled it very well. They explained their repairs, showed their results, and everything works great.
