Had an issue with unit and called out Dexter's as they are 1.5 miles from my home. The unit wasn't cooling properly, they advised needing recharge. After paying the unit still didn't cool as they said, when came out again tried to tell me the heat exchanger was reason not cooling properly. They charge $175 for coming out again after charge for freon service, didn't want them to come back as was lying. Called Simmons One Hour, they came out and explained someone had disconnected couple leads to capacity and other things as why wasn't cooling after initial service and explained heat exchanger wouldn't cause a/c to work properly. One Hour wouldn't even charge me for service and will never call Dexter again.
Reliable and always comes in a timely manner. Very informative and friendly people.
Matt is a good young man. Told me ever thing he was doing.
