DeZiel has come through once again. Two years ago they installed a new HVAC system in my house and the customer service and work was excellent. Now they just finished replacing my 21 year old water heater and nine year old water softener. Dylan & Aaron were great to work with and had the answers to all my questions about the products and the install. I won't hesitate to continue to work with DeZiel as they help me maintain my new HVAC and water systems. Bottom line, I highly recommend DeZiel.

We purchased a brand new furnace from DeZiel just 3.5 years ago, and we've had to pay to have it repaired twice already. The furnace we replaced was original to the home and was 25 years old, it's absolutely sickening that the $11,000 furnace they sold us couldn't even last 4 years without multiple repairs. Right now, it's -8 and we have no heat, again. DeZiels sells poor quality furnaces. Beware.

We recently got a new furnace and AC unit from DeZiel and have had problems with our heating. It has stopped working multiple times, we have called multiple times and many times they can’t get here until 3-5 days later. That is 3-5 days with no heat in the middle of winter. They need to have an on-call employee for emergencies like this. This is an emergency because if our pipes burst I am having it put on them. There are way too many times we have called and way too many people coming out to fix this for it to be “new” unit. We are still under warranty, if we have to pay for any visits or repairs I will be complaining. This is unacceptable.

Used to use DeZiel prior to their merger with Deans and always had good service - they installed a new furnace/AC unit and when they damaged drywall during installation they took care of repair and repainting at no cost to me. However, since the merger I have called three times to try to get a tune up scheduled: September 2024 for furnace, March 2025 for AC and August 2025. Each call they said they were unable to schedule tuneups but were able to schedule other services not covered under the membership plan. Unfortunate this is the case and will now be moving to a different local company to handle my HVAC maintenance.

These guys are just so great! They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, super hard workers, and they all took such good care of us! Joe came out on Sunday and tried desperately to get our 20 year old furnace working! After determining it would be very costly to repair we decided to purchase a new furnace. He had their Comfort Consultant, Tyler, contact us and Tyler came out on Sunday also to go over everything and help us decide which was the best type of system to go with. We decided to have our central AC replaced at the same time. Our installers, Dan and Josh came on Monday and began the work.
