What a great choice that was. Basically, did a complete refurbishment of the property and for a very reasonable price. What used to be main floor that consisted of kitchen, dining, and living room was redesigned and made into one great room. Redid all bathrooms, wooden floors and replaced tile in den. He also added little touches like little plants as well as soap dish and toothbrush holder sets in each bathroom. New paint job in each room and power washed exterior and roof.
