I want to give credit where it’s due. I’ve used D&G Fuel Oil for myself and for my mom, and both times they were solid. During this last cold snap I was in a bind, and they came through when I really needed it. They were one of the cheapest, but more importantly they were honest and dependable. With my mom’s delivery, her tank didn’t take the full order. Instead of just rolling, they called me to explain and asked where to leave the change. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. The drivers were respectful and professional, and Stephanie in the office was great — patient, helpful, and actually cared. When you’re dealing with heat in the middle of winter, that matters. Good people, fair prices, no nonsense. I’d use them again without hesitation and recommend

My order was for 150 gallons, but they only delivered 103.2 gallons. The quantity of fuel was insufficient, and the price was calculated based on the higher, actual amount delivered. When I contacted their customer service via email, they said it was my fault, that it was my tank's fault, and they even threatened to cancel my account. It's unbelievable!

Manners and respect go a long way. As a neighbor on a dead end street, we plead for a little respect for the neighbors. Park in front of the driveways (there was plenty of room for a truck) is a better option that telling the neighbors stuck behind the truck to go around or wait. He got out of the truck and refused to move up or over a little. Making a very dangerous to squeeze through the truck and a parked car, having to drive over a mound of ice to get past.

Truck delivery meters are inaccurate. 300 gallon delivery & I only received 260 gallons. I just sticked my tank the day before delivery. No way I used 40 gallons in just one day, I haven’t even turned on my heat yet!!!

Quick delivery, great service, and responsive staff. Couldn’t ask for better!!
