He arrived early, communicated clearly, and answered all of my questions in detail. He confirmed the total price in writing, honored it, and provided a 5-year warranty on the repair. He shared progress photos and even made an additional improvement without charging extra. There was no upselling or pressure — just professional, straightforward work. I would absolutely hire him again.
