I truly regret working with this company. We first reach out to Harold about digging 1/2-3/4 acre pond and taking the dirt to build up our property. The main goal of investing in this move was to build the property up!! This was very transparent and he knew this. At the end of the day he ended up selling loads of dirt to other people. Our property was not graded as promised and holds water heavily in many places. Our pond is barely 5 ft deep and the goal was 6-8 with some deeper pockets. Horrendous erosion towards our house pad area— He has made it where if and when the pond overflows, it back flows towards the direction of where our house will be. D&H cleared 2-acres for our house build ! They mulched first then hauled dirt in to build up where house was going and I must say they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner with top quality work!!
