We had two hailstorms in the span of a month, which caused a fair amount of damage to our roof. Our DHI representative Hank did a thorough inspection, took the time to sit down and explain the process with us, and then gave us the time and space to make the right decision for us. Once we chose to move forward, he managed everything from beginning to end, even came on site for the install, and coordinated with insurance to get us the money needed to complete the job. I recently had to have a complete roof replacement due to wind and hail damage. Mitch from DHI was amazing to work with. He took me step by step through the insurance process and went above and beyond to get everything they required, and then some. He was very organized, professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The installation team was also great. Quick, professional and they made sure that there wasn't a spec of roofing debris in my yard when they were finished. I would 100% recommend DHI. I am sure all of the project managers are great, but you will be extra lucky if you get Mitch as your PM!

No hard sell tactics used. Sales staff understood roofing and were attentive to details. Communications with DHI were straight forward and they dealt with the insurance company in a professional manner. Very efficient installation crew completed work including clean up in approximately 1/2 day. I left our house late morning and returned to a completed project later that same day.
