Dave came right out to give an estimate of installing gas line for a gas fireplace. He answered all the typical probing questions that homeowners usually ask. I had an estimate that day and his team came the next week. They were personable and professional and got the job done timely. They took the time to clean up. I needed a gas line installed to power a fireplace insert. This involved drilling through masonry. The task initially appeared impossible due to poor access and an impenetrable steel structure blocking the way. Mr. Di Gravio selected one of his skinny plumbers who was able to squeeze into the tight space that gave him critical access. Using precise measurements, Di Gravio's team was able to circumvent the steel barrier and complete the job. I should note that when Mr. Di Gravio initially came to assess the feasibility of the job, I asked whether our neighbor could also hire him. She was elderly and needed work done before she moved into a retirement home the next week. He graciously performed the service on the spot and declined her offer for payment.

When I then needed plumbing service, they were the first company that I called. Dave (the owner) was very professional on the phone while setting up my appointment that would fit my needs and schedule. The two plumbers were Alfredo and Tyler and I was extremely pleased with their work. They arrived exactly on time (which I really like) and they immediately got to work. I live in a mid-rise condo and Dave first had to arrange to have the water shut off in the units below for a certain time, so time was of the essence. I called to get a tuneup of my AC system which hadn't been serviced for at least 5 years. They gave me an idea of how much the service might cost (although it turned out to be somewhat less at completion). The crew showed up as scheduled; they were courteous and communicated clearly. Although I paid more than the cheapo price for the tuneup that you see advertised by many of the larger companies, there was no attempt to up sell me on parts or services. Just straightforward work, accomplished.

DiGravio Plumbing is the best. I had a hot water heater installed during the summer of 2020 and the pressure tank failed 11/2024. They keep a record of all the parts and their warranties. I only had to pay a small labor charge to to get it swapped out. I use Digravio Plumbing for their quality, stellar customer service.
