From start to finish Phil and his crew went above and beyond my expectations for tree removal. Reasonable prices came with a guarantee that the work I needed done would be completed quick and easy. They showed up with top of the line equipment and safely did all the work. Everything was cleaned up that day like no one was ever there. Phil is highly trained and professional. Will definetly call for any removal needs in the future and would recommend to friends and family without a doubt.

I've been meaning to leave this before. This spring Phil came to see a dying ash tree whose large dying branches were hanging over my decks and real close to my house. They came a while later and I don't know how they did it, as the space they had to work in was real tight. I don't know how tall this tree was but the diameter of the base was 36". Phil took personal charge of making sure no harm came to my Japanese maples and other plantings. They took everything away even though I indicated I had some places it could be dumped. They even blew the sawdust off the paths. So cleanup on my part was minimal. During recent windstorms I was able to relax and not worry about this tree. Considering the complexity of this job the price seemed very fair. Definitely 5 stars.

They came in and got to work right away! We had 32 trees and most places that said it will take 2-3 days to do, they were able to get it all done within a day. The workers never skipped a beat and my wife and I would recommend them again in a heart beat! Thanks for all the hard work. -Ryan

Extremely Disappointed - I called back in June to have some limbs removed that were hanging over my pool. They came over quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote for the job. I agree to the price and they said they would get back to me. Then nothing and I do mean nothing , no calls ,no letters ,no emails . I call 4 weeks later and received explanation that they were doing a lot of storm clean up. Okay, but they should have reached out to me not just left me hanging. What really burns me, is they were on my street the first week in September doing another job. NO one from Di Lorenzo checked in with us to see if we still wanted the work done or with an apology. SO I GUESS WHAT I LEARNED IS IF YOU HAVE A SMALL JOB THEY DON'T WANT OR NEED YOUR BUSINESS.

IRRESPONSIBLE, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. Friday, May 24th, Phil DiLorenzo came to my house, gave me an estimate for a tree removal, said he would do it within a week and a half (June 4th), and drop off paperwork on May 26th. Never got the paperwork. I called office on June 3rd. Kelly said she would have Phil drop off paperwork right away. NOTHING. And I live only 3 miles away. Sunday, June 9th I left a message stating that I have never posted an unfavorable comment on anyone, but I probably would have to this time. I also said "If you contact me before COB Monday with a satisfactory commitment, I would hold off". It is now Tuesday, June 11th. You guessed it. Phil DiLorenzo obviously does not care about his reputation. Probably tells you something about his work. DO NOT BELIEVE
