We recently had laminate flooring installed throughout our entire home. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing, primarily due to persistent noise issues. Walking across many areas of the floor produces noticeable sounds, which detract from the comfort of our living space. When we brought this concern to the installer’s attention, they dismissed it as "normal." This response left us feeling as though our concerns were not taken seriously, and we are now left with a problem that affects our everyday life. The quality of their work and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Dave was so kind and patient in helping us decide on the right carpet for our second floor. He was readily available and ensured it was a smooth process. The men who did the install were amazing! They worked efficiently & got the job done in two days! We loved our experience with diablo Flooring! When we were picking the flooring and baseboards out, we got some very sage advice from Dave. The crew was great. Most spoke perfect English and did an outstanding job on the carpet and wood install. Having two separate in-house installation crews is a great idea for quality control and timeliness. I just can't imagine how it would have turned out had we gone with a big box store or one of the other chain stores.

We hired Diablo Flooring to install our wood floors 4 years ago and they did an excellent job. The installers were professional and on time! We finally decided to replace our carpeting upstairs and contacted Diablo Flooring again. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. They were on time and worked tirelessly for all three days of installation. Their help with moving the furniture was amazing-they got it done so quickly! Salome did such a great job with the Hollywood style stairs. Thank him again for us! It really is the focal point of the house. The carpet looks wonderful and we are so pleased!

Diablo Flooring did a great job and we highly recommend them! We replaced our entire flooring in our house (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/etc.). Diablo Flooring helped transform our house into a new home by removing our tile and carpet. The crew was great and very careful in moving our furniture, and putting everything back in place. The removal of the tile was messy, however, they would constantly be cleaning. We were going to keep our stairs with carpet, however decided to also do in wood with the white risers to match the wood placed in the entire house. Diablo flooring modified the layout of the steps to make it work and did such a great job. We are very pleased with Diablo Flooring and would use them again.
