Today was a great day! My AC vents are now looking new again thanks to the system maintenance from your professional team! Sam was great and very informative on letting me know the process and they did a wonderful job!

Giovani came out gave quote. Price was reasonable. Scheduled for the following Monday because that’s the only day we are available. Monday rolls around & I texted him to confirm appointment. Everything was fine. He texted me a saying he was 45 minutes away & then called saying 20 minutes away. Appointment was for 2:00. 3:00 rolls around So I texted him to ask if he was lost. No response for about 30 minutes. Calls me & said his wife for some reason his wife scheduled us for Tuesday. Long story short I fired them. That is my experience. 😪

Meh. Guy was in a hurry, but also wanted to talk and upsell. Cost was almost 4X than what was quoted on phone ($99 "first 6 feet"). Talk talk talk, wanted me to use a cash app, kindly refused, told him it would be CC. Didn't clean up mess outside. Maybe this is an industry standard, I don't know. For the work he did I can get a kit off of amazon and save a lot of $$$ 8/8/24 I guess you can add threats to the above list. I have revised to one star to reflect accordingly. Oh BTW, the "tech" was BEN(?) and the admin was Abigale (she was professional).

People who are amazing did great work! The team was very skilled and polite. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. We appreciate Quality Home Air.

Today we made an appointment for our clogged dryer vent and 2 service men arrived in a van and were professional and on time and quickly in less than 15 mins cleaned the clogged vent and dryer works now and clothes dry without condensation build up. If you live in the Humble Atascocita areas I highly recommend their service. 👍
