Greatest Company to service your appliances. They are on time, to the point, a pleasure to work with! Anthony was out and knows his stuff! They are the best. We have 2-3 different issues that were not related and they took care of them all.

Today, we had a service call for our LG Washer. We had ordered the rubber seal for the front loader, and it was scheduled to be installed. Our technician, Dan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The issue we were facing was mildew within the rubber seal and throughout the inside of the machine. Dan explained that this was likely caused by using too much detergent. He informed us that the detergent pods are designed for extra-large loads, and we should use the liquid detergent and only a small amount to maintain the unit. Considering the parts and repairs, we would have spent approximately half the cost of a new washer. However, I was concerned about the mildew throughout the inside of the machine, as it would have been difficult to clean thoroughly. Therefore, it was a better financial

Courteous and helpful first contact with the company dealing with Stacy who scheduled my repair service. Stacy made me feel like she really wanted to get me scheduled in light of tight calendars and the upcoming holiday season, she was a outstanding! My technician, Dan was fantastic as well. He jumped right into action and diagnosed the problem and solved it and gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong and how he fixed it.
