Terribly ran company. If possible find another outfit for your needs. Not only are they rude to their customers on the phone, they can't keep their story straight either. Unfortunately there probably are not too many other companies that do what they do to choose from. Extremely unproffesional estimators who will yell at you over the phone. What a joke! I have been reccommending my residential customers for over 10 years to this place. But never will again. I'll invest 5k-10k in tools to do the work myself before this company will ever get another referral from my business again. I called Diamond for residential basement wall cutting and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The work quality was excellent and I really appreciated the careful attention to cleanliness inside the building. Hugo and Jose were great to work with and ultra respectful of my residence. I would recommend them for concrete saw cutting. The walls on the old house are 9 inches thick and the cut quality and accuracy were top notch! Thanks guys

BEWARE! Stay away from this company at all costs! I was severely overcharged--with no recourse b/c they take your credit card number in advance. After two months and 10 TOTALLY ignored phone calls and emails, I finally spoke to the President, who said he thought it was fair they charged me $1000 for 90 minutes of work. They told us in advance if they weren't there for the full $900 1/2 day quoted, the cost would be even less. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. BEWARE--YOU TOO MAY GET RIPPED OFF!

The employees are great very helpful and responsive, been a customer for years, we are a construction based plumbing company, and have always used them for concrete cutting and drilling.
