Diamond Deck Parking Garage

The parking deck is very convenient and easily accessible, especially if you're heading to State Farm Arena — it’s just a short walk away, which is a major plus. However, the experience could have been better organized. Despite paying a premium for the convenience, there was a lack of coordination when it came to actually parking. Cars were backed up, and people were standing in spots waiting in line to get inside, which made things chaotic and frustrating. Better staff presence or clearer instructions could have helped manage the flow and ensure a smoother process. That said, the close proximity to the arena still made it a worthwhile option overall.

I attended The Weeknd concert on August 21, 2025, and while the AMG Lounge and concert experience were amazing, the affiliated Diamond Deck parking facility was an absolute nightmare and a serious safety hazard. After leaving the stadium, there was no signage, no guidance, and no clear instructions on how to access the Diamond Deck. I spent over an hour (11:45PM- 1:15AM) wandering around, disoriented and increasingly anxious, trying to find the correct entrance to access the underground portion of the Diamond Deck. Since the deck is underground,GPS is useless for walking instructions. During this time, I asked at least ten police officers for help, and every single one gave me conflicting directions. None of them seemed to know how to direct me properly. The worst part was that one offi

First time parking for Falcons game on 8/8/25. Google maps had us entering the garage from Andrew Young Intl Blvd but it was blocked so we had to enter off Baker St and go underneath State Farm. It’s a relatively short walk but for elderly or people with mobility issues it’s not an easy walk. You must ascend several flights of stairs and they’re doing construction in that area so it’s kind of a maze that leads to Marta stadium near the stadium. Leaving the game was worse. Everyone riding Marta created congestion and it took awhile to get to the escalator. I gave it 4 stars instead of 2-3 star because the staff in the garage are actually very helpful and there is a shuttle that takes you to the various levels in the garage. Normally a good experience, not so this time. Elevators not working, they shuttled us down to the 1st level and gave us vague instructions to follow the path to the Marta escalator. There is no path, you're just walking past dumpsters and storage areas until you finally find it. Then, when the concert was over, security would not let you return that way. You cannot go from the top entrance due to construction, we had to get a State Farm Arena associate, who was very nice, to take 6 people with the same issue, back into the arena and let us in the VIP entrance. Paying over $100 to park here, this should never happen.

Everything negative in previous reviews is accurate. Getting back to your car from MBS is impossible. And NO-ONE Cops or Marta employees knew where it is.
