For the first year my husband & I lived near Lake Tenkiller, we could never leave home from (or come home to) our front door if it was raining without getting SOAKED! My front flower beds were always flooded during their spring showers, too. I saw the Diamond Gutter guys across the road working on my neighbor’s home & my husband went over to talk to them. After finishing with the neighbors house, the guy came over & measured all across the front of our home. Within a couple of days his supervisor gave us a call with a quote. It was so good my husband jumped on it as it beat the first quote we got & we felt sure it would’ve beat all the rest. The initial gutter and cover install was great, their warranty and customer service is horrible. I would recommend going with another company that has a warranty longer than a year and stands behind their work. I have tried to contact with pictures and videos (leaks under our soffits, our shingles are cupping, and one section isn’t even draining on one end because it was installed wrong), since the only means of contact was through text, I was blocked, all because I wanted the owner to come out to see our issues instead of just sending his crew out. Was made to feel like we were a bother. We have now had to hire another company to come fix our gutters that are not draining properly since I’ve been blocked and they refuse to deal with us on a professional level. This is a company that does not stand behind their work, guaranteed the gutters won’t leak following his suggestions on how the gutters are to be installed, after we informed Ronnie the gutter guy and his son who actually installed the gutters It rained, we called Ronnie the gutter guy, immediately became defensive and said he was with his family. After stating he would call ‘Monday, he text a quote to remedy the problem. We texted back we would deal with someone else, his response was good luck. Ronnie the gutter guy got our money and wasn’t willing to work out a reasonable solution.

First, I would like to say how professional these men are. They not only do a phenomenal job, they show up early, have the best attitudes, genuinely love their job, and are very affordable. (Not to mention good looking!) I highly recommend getting your gutters installed by them.
