I spoke with the secretary on the workers phone. The secretary suggested that I leave my phone# with the workers. The secretary never returned my call.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and general professionalism of the company. My Honeywell Truezone board fried during one of our recent power surges, so I called around to see who could install a new board. Several companies only wanted to install their board, which cost between $1300-1500 not including labor. I found a replacement board on Amazon for $400 and called Diamond about the possibility of installing it. They said yes immediately and came out and got my system running in less than an hour.
