So impressed and happy to find this service. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly; while charging fair prices. Bill fixed our furnace quite easily (and he cared). Our experience with another local HVAC company was frustrating; quite insistent the furnace just needed replaced; quite unwilling to consider parts replacement options they said would be expensive, and it seemed the tech knew nothing about doing service. Delighted we found Diamond!

Adry is the Best , she is very attentive, respectful, responsive and her customer service is very excellent. Why Becuase this morning I called a different company costal heating with the same inquiry about heating , with costal heating the woman response to my inquiry was an attitude felt very arrogant, while diamond heating Adry she knows every customer is very important irrespective of of thier financial or background status. That is the difference, so thank you Adry of Diamond heating you are the best and doing an amazing job 🙏🏿🙌🏿 keep up the good work . Diamond heating is the way to go

Lots of gratitude to the entire team that helped with our home. We replaced our old diesel heat with a new gas furnace and it is AMAZING also swapped out our old hot water tank for tankless and it made a huge difference! We ran into a couple of work arounds due to our home being an old vacation house that was built in 1913 and Todd and the team navigated it with such grace! Thank you diamond we know we can count on you! 5 stars but I would give 10!!

My only heat had its fan go out. Facing below 30 degree temperatures I called diamond heating to see if they could fit me in before the big freeze, they did. Since the Majestic fireplace insert they sold me in 2001, an excellent and dependable unit, needed a new fan and even though they no longer carried this product, they made room in their schedule to instal the new fan. Damian, the technician they sent was personable, knowledgeable, and installed the fan, helped me clean the glass and made sure everything worked before he left. Diamond heating stands by a unit they no longer carry and provided service when I really needed it. This is a company I feel you can depend on because they care and hire technicians that you can depend on.

Diamond Heating did a great job installing our heat pump. The technicians took time to explain maintenance and operation of our new unit and worked efficiently.
