I have been working with Diamond Home Set as my Home Set Up company for my communities that I over see. They are an exemplary company and team to work with. They are super responsive and communicative with you, which is a bonus since I have worked with many contractors and that is not always the case! They come in and get the job done fast and do amazing work. I will continue to work with them in an effort to maintain a great working relationship. I will also start using them in my other communities that I have obtained recently for management ...doing refurbs...super excited for that! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

I rarely give 5 Stars but Chad and his group deserve it. They have set hundreds of homes for me and the ancillary services they provide along with the customer service is second to none. Highly Recommended.

The workers from diamond were on time polite and very friendly. They treated my home as if it was there own. Any questions I had they answered them and when they were finished they did an excellent job with clean up. Highly recommend them for anyone needing there house set.

Yesterday I called diamond to look into getting my manufactured home moved to our new property and can I just say wow?! Not only were the ladies in the office so kind, polite, and willing to help, they got my quote to me so fast! An amazing company already and I’m looking forward to working with them further! I highly recommend!

Great Company and staff. Very knowledgeable, and helpful!!! I called to get an estimate to move my trailer from Algonac to my property up north. A very nice gentleman came out to give my trailer the once over to ensure that the move would be safe and secure. Very through and very reasonable rate!!! Again, great company and very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!
