Diamond Landscape Services

This is a commercial landscaper who provides quality work. Their services range from commercial grounds maintenance, irrigation installs and repairs, landscape design/install, and drainage/erosion control. They have done some installation and maintenance for our company at multiple properties. They do not do residential work, only commercial, so i'm unsure why other reviews talk damage to about their doors and door hangers...probably reviewing the wrong company. Anyway, their grounds/turf management is exceptional and their landscape designs and installations are always great! They have also done retaining walls and designed and installed hardscapes for several of our commercial property renovations. The owner and manager always go above and beyond to meet our landscaping needs.

Very obvious the first review is a friend of the company. All reliable websites gave this company one star which it deserves no stars. Told one employee not to blow the leaves in front of my door. Came home to the leaves in front of my door and my door hanger on the floor (it was secure on the door, the employee had to physically pull it off, and threw it on the floor. Now it is broken). I am waiting to hear from the company since I filed a complaint against this employee. One website is lying stating they are part of the Better Business Bureau, which it will be brought to the BBB's attention today.

This is concerning this company's Wilmington NC branch !! This is absolutely the worst landscaping group that I have ever dealt with !! They do not complete the job when they are on site and have zero quality control !! The crew leader will not even speak with you as I don't think he knows English !! When they spray for weeds they have killed my grass , my flowers and sprayed into my shrubs !! NEVER USE THEM !!! They do a half way job for full pay ! Their supervisor will not take calls or return them !! I would rather do it myself !!
