Bought their “waterproof” lvp because of the fact that it is supposed to be waterproof. The first sign of moisture and they cupped. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!! So we are in the process of suing but thought I would leave a review to help whoever I can. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible customer service - Distribution and logistic issues are a real problem for this company. I have been trying to purchase Diamond Living's Tennessee Livingston hardwood and stair noses for my home for over a month. I contacted the original company my builder purchased the hardwood from when my home was built in January 2017. This company explained that they no longer carried the hardwood and no one did in the State of Indiana. I contacted Diamond Living and spoke with Sung and John (Manager) who were helpful initially. I explained the problem I had with getting the hardwood in the state of Indiana and was advised to contact the "Brandon Company" in Little Rock, AK, I spoke with Bart and had my order setup and ready to ship after weeks of waiting on the stair noses to come in.

Very disappointed. Cupped bad No visible moisture The manufacturer refuses to help even though it has a lifetime warranty and waterproof

Not at all installer friendly, I've installed many floors in 25 yrs, I thought the Lowe's cheap laminate was bad but this takes cake.

Very disappointed if you buy it you will have to glue it down or nail it down would not recommend this product nor will i ever buy this product again
