If you’re thinking of hiring this company make sure you hide your car! This company came down my block and side swiped my brand new car. Thankfully it was caught on camera since the driver fled the scene! Contacted the company and they won’t release driver information for me to press charges. A week and a half later their insurance company still won’t come out and look at my car to get it fixed either.

Tractor 110 ran me off the road yesterday while almost flipping over as he was high, drunk or just flat out stupid!! Safety director said he would call me back. Only reason I knew who it was is that a truck following me sped up to get a video of the truck. I was promised action by this company and nothing happened! This isn’t a quality issue of this company but their poor judgement in who they hire to drive lethal weapons on the highway. If the median wasn’t wide enough on 295 or if it was 200 yards farther up the road I would have been forced into an over pass! State police did nothing and neither did this company. Keep your eyes out for these horrible drivers!

This company refused to pay for the repair my windshield after a chunk of something flew into it from one of their trailers. Diamond Materials emailed me the following message..."has reviewed your claim windshield claim. Information given shows that the driver was hauling a piece of equipment. This indicates that the damage was caused by debris from the road surface. Diamond Materials is not responsible for roadway debris or damage caused by such. The claim for the damages to your windshield is declined." I immediately called because I literally saw the chunk fly from the trailer into my windshield. They told me that the driver of the trailer reported that he cleaned the trailer prior to his trip. Of course he said that if that's what he's supposed to do! When I asked to speak with a sup

I pass their trucks everyday going to work. Sometimes dirt or sand drops from the tailgate spraying everything behind them. The other day they got me with a stone/rock at 1:17 in the video. broke my windshield and when I sent them everything they said they are denying my claim. I called them to ask them if they looked at the video and Dave said yes and he didn't see anything. Then he said Bye and hung up on me. Very rude and disrespectful.

this company takes ZERO responsibility for any mistakes made. Last week my fiance was on her way to a doctors appointment and ended up about 6 or 7 car legnths behind one of this companies trucks. A large rock flew out of truck and right into my fiances windsheild. Shattered the windshield right in front of her face. My fiance tried to flag the driver down to file a police report. He would not pull over and we were advised when calling that the drivers are told not to. Fast forward to today, after speaking with diamond materiels and their insurance (gallagher basset, who lets be honest should be put out of business and anyone who uses them should be as well) we were told the claim was denied because the driver claimed his load was secure and they were carrying topsoil. Topsoil has rocks.
