Diamond parking is a unfair business. They have a sister company Park Mobile. Park Mobile this is company representatives cannot understand English. Thank goodness for the diamond customer service representative. They corrected the issue. I received three tickets when I was authorized to park in the parking lot. But I noticed others can park there all day, camp out during the night, do drugs in the parking lot, and even defecate in the parking lot and they do not receive a ticket. This company is unfair, very expensive, and disrespectful.
