Diamond Seal Solution LLC

I paid Diamond Seal Solution LLC a total of $2,065.00 for an epoxy garage floor installation. According to the agreement, the contractor was supposed to remove the old defective flake due to poor curing and completely redo the flake and epoxy. Instead, the contractor only patched the missing section with mismatched flake and did not apply the necessary topcoat. When I inquired about the topcoat, the contractor stated it would require additional charges, which I declined. Additionally, I now have a new contractor who is completely sanding the floor and redoing it as originally requested. The new contractor quoted $2,400 to repair the floor, confirming the extent of the defects and the need for a complete redo. Due to these issues, I am disputing the charges as defective services and service
