Long story short! I flew from NJ to MN to purchase my lovely T680. Everything on it was in tat and no leakage. As I was driving through IL, once I stopped for the day, I noticed a leak. I couldn't spot where it was coming from, but I know it was related to the power steering reservoir as it was completely empty. My world came down, I searched on Google what it could be i got too much information I'll say. The next day I called Diamond on a SUNDAY. They deployed one of the mechanic over, and when he checked it out, he quickly spotted the issue. The mechanic replaced my reservoir and hoses with a bit of modification in less than 2hrs. I am extremely thankful for them and their service. They literally saved my investment that could of gone wrong if the matter wasn't repaired in a timely fash

This is a great shop. They sent out a very competent mechanic, very professional. The rate was fair and my problem was solved.

Tomas arrived quickly and was able to pressure test and find a mysterious coolant leak. He cleaned up the area when finished. Side note: very clean and well kept work truck. I am lucky my company uses Diamond for road service and they are lucky to have a employee like Tomas.
