Terrible customer service, they answer the phone very rude and when I try to get a quote for materials they tell me they don’t have time for it. I’m sorry my list of 20 items for a remodel and a few 1,000 dollars isnt worth your time. I’ll be sure to spread the word since you don’t like to respect customers It was a female that answered the phone, for my business I needed itemized pricing for my customer but you spoke with such an attitude that it was not worth your time to provide a customer with what they were asking. It was not like I was disorganized I had everything written out waiting by for the pricing and after the 3rd item your customer service completely disappeared and your attitude was of annoyance for even bothering you with a simple task. This small plumbing supply was a great resource for my standby generator install plumbing. Great service and prices on yellow poly pipe, flex risers, valves and various galvanized and black pipe sizes, lengths and fittings. They also have some water heaters, other household piping, sprinkler system piping and parts and a small tool selection.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I’m grateful for their assistance.
