I used Diaz R construction for a remodel totaling about $50k in work. Paint, baseboards, new flooring, countertops and cabinet installation. Months after painting, the roof paint is cracked all on the second floor hallway, a first floor living area. I’ve contacted the owner Santos, and he has ignored my repeated messages. I’d say avoid, if he stands by his work, why not respond an remedy the situation. This was clearly bad prep work on his painters part. If I don’t hear from him soon my next move is small claims court.

We have used Mr Diaz a few times over the last few years. He has replaced our roof, did a new fence around the yard, he put new siding on the house, and he did a kitchen remodel for us. We love working with him and he does awesome work. His prices are very competitive. He is one of the few people that you can find that can do it all from plumbing to roofing. He has also done work for my mother and uncle and coworkers. I would recommend in a heart beat.

We hired Diaz Remodeling to patch up all holes in drywall from new all new water pipes in our home. They work hard, do amazing work and the quality of their work is superior first class. Diaz Remodeling has performed several jobs for our family. These jobs include Remodeling our kitchen and baths. The work was extensive. It entailed installation of new floors on both, removing formica counters and backsplashes and installing new ones. The bath included knocking out walls and complete gutting it and installing all new fixtures, and new walk-in shower ect..smaller job included installation of simulated brick in the foyer main entrance to our home. All excellent workmanship with quality products. Punctual and nice prices. We are very happy with this company.
