I woke up to no heat in my house when it was 7 degrees out. DiBiase was the only company willing to come out on the same day. Our technician, Kurt, came out within 2 or 3 hours and quickly found the issue. He clearly explained the issue to us and explained the steps he would take to remedy it. It turns out the builders didn’t insulate around the furnace very well so it was iced over. The entire process was very quick and easy to understand. Kurt was very kind and thorough. We are very pleased with the service provided and thankful to be warm during the snow storm!
