Our Drains were backed up and flooded our house. We Called Dick Rosher Plumbing yesterday. Two plumbers arrived on time and thankfully cleared our drain pipes. The plumbers pulled roots from the drain pipes and explained we need to insert some kind of sewer camera. The house was a mess with raw sewage. I explained that we have small children here. Steve sent out another team to clean this up. These guys sanitized and left our house spotless. We scheduled the sewer camera for next week. We will highly recommend this plumbing company. We were treated very respectful and our castle is restored to order.

My water bill was $4,576.00! I think had a heart attack! I could not afford this water bill. We researched online and called Dick Rosher Plumbing. Steve assured us our water services will not get cut off. We have small children and NEED water. Steve sent his son out to investigate this leak. He used a leak detection sound machine. This equipment located the water leak outside. Another crew of plumbers came to repair the leaking pipe. These plumbers stayed late on a Saturday night! They even cleaned up very good! They took pictures of this repair. We submitted as per Steve's instructions. We received a whopping $4005.00 credit on our water bill! Highly recommended.

Steve Davis is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and when I called him, I knew I had made the right decision. My new wooden floors were wet in spots and Steve and his crew came out within minutes to assess the damage and formulate a conservative plan. Steve told me that I had a water leak, using water leak detection equipment as well as a plumbing camera to look under the ground. It was amazing! When they cut a small area open through my concrete floors, they found decades old cast iron piping that had disintegrated under ground. Steve helped me deal with the insurance claim, inspectors and to be honest, my own mini-breakdowns. His crew was as conservative as they could be, all were very competent and professional. Miami Dade Water department left a card on our door informing us we had a water leak. I called them and the very nice lady at Miami Dade water and sewer told us to call a licensed leak detection plumbing company. We called Dick Rosher Plumbing. Steve came out with his thermal image infra-red camera and detected and marked a hot water leak under our concrete floor beside the water heater. Steve sent his plumbers the next day. They surgically cut a square in the cement floor and replaced the leaking pipe. Steve's son Landon then sent us all the documents so we may get our water bill credit from Miami Dade. Steve clearly knows his job very well. His plumbers were clean, efficient and very courteous. I even fed the plumbers dinner for they worked late into the evening. Steve wasn't the cheapes

Called because of my clogged toilets and showers were backed up. Spoke to the owner on the phone. He was able to have a plumber who's worked for him many years come to my house in 2 hours even though I did not ask for a rush. The owner was very polite, detailed and friendly. I am sure he is an honest guy. My issue is with the job at the house. The plumber, not the owner, came to the house in 2 hours (never called ahead like I asked). We were not given an estimate of costs but he went right to work. He ran the snake and fixed the problem rather quickly as expected. Recommended I pump my septic as well. The plumber came inside to wash his hands, then bluntly said $375. Yes, that's right. For a non rush plumbing service that took 20 minutes. I paid and he left. I'm not sure if it's customary
