I have no doubt that Mike’s work is excellent—one of my employees said he was able to successfully fix a leak no one else could. The problem is I can’t get him to actually show up when he says he will. I have called on a couple separate occasions and both times it has been a no show. Very inconvenient when you work or run a business. UPDATE: Mike came and repaired my roof. He is very thorough. Took time to coordinate schedules but he did get back in touch with me.

Mike did an amazing job fixing and replacing several missing roof shingles and securing a loose gutter. We were so impressed that he came to our house the next day after we called him! We highly recommend him and plan to use his services in the future! Thanks so much!

Paid $2300 dollars to have a leak in our roof repaired in October 2021. Told Mike that we would not know for sure whether the issue was fixed because it was getting cold and close to winter. Contacted Mike in February of 2022 and told him we still have the same leak in the same spot. He has done nothing but give us the run around. More damage has been done now because of this. We have all of our text and pictures from every once of communication with Mr Dickens. I am now paying another contractor to come fix the original issue. Mr Dickens has left us no choice but to contact an attorney because he did not fix the issue and took our money for a job he did not complete.

Mike came out and gave us our estimate. Repaired our worn gutters and cleaned and sealed the gutters. Repaired our damaged shingles and then cleaned the moss build up on our garage roof. This was from a previous tree. He is professional and knowledgeable in all his work. I highly recommend him!

He came in November of 2021 gave us a estimate of 6300$ for a new metal roof. We gave him 3300 as he requested to purchase materials. He said he would be there multiple times to start the roof and wouldn’t show up. There’s been a million excuses. Finally got him to drop off the metal at least in January as he never paid for it before then. It’s March 1st tomorrow and he won’t answer phone calls or text. Still another 1500 in supplies not delivered and the roof is leaking. Buyer beware!!!!
