I worked with Matt. Initially my thoughts were very positive. He came out to my house March 11 to quote my flower beds all around my house. He had great ideas, and I was excited to work with him. April 4th I ended up emailing because I have heard no response on any type of quote to pull existing flower bed out and redo all new. I did receive a response back from email with one sentence stating "still working on it, be done soon." There was no response as to when to look forward to hearing from them again. April 24, now a full month over when he initially came out to look everything over for a quote, I emailed asking whether to look forward to working with him or not. Still have no response. I understand that Matt is co-owner, and I believe him to be EXTREMELY unprofessional. If the job was

Had a decent size project done by these guys in 2023. Part of it was to install a new shade tree. November they planted a shade tree that looked dead. I reached out to Jason in March 2024 to let him know the tree was dead. He said he would look at it and get back with me. Over the next 2 months I left voice mails and was ignored until I stopped at the place of business. On May 16, 2024 Matt stopped by and said the tree would be replaced within a month. Have not seen or heard from Jason or Matt. Not very dependable and they ignore past customers with complaints.

Ask for estimate to fill low spot this spring. Talked with person making quote gave me a general price which seam good ( I didn't get a written quote, my fault). I also ask if they used good grass seed which I was told they did. Had spot filled and grass planted. Received bill which almost twice of what I was told. Paid for services and received no follow up. Grass has been in all summer and is full of clover, weeds and dandelions which I did not have before. I recommend that you spend you time and money with a different lawn service/ landscaper.
