From the first moment of my phone call to the store, Teresa Higgins went above and beyond to help me solve my issue. Right in the middle of the Christmas holiday, I needed to get new flooring in to a house I was selling, per the appraiser. With very little time to get it done, it wasn't looking good. Then I called Dick's Carpet One. Best thing I could have done. Teresa literally drove up to the property within the hour, measured and met me back at the store with samples and estimates all set. Paid for it, and left the store with installs scheduled and the whole problem solved! And, at a great price! I can’t say enough great things about this company or my experience. I found the carpet color/pattern I like online by pure luck. I called and spoke to salesman Jim to set up an appointment to take measurements. He was polite, accommodating and set my appointment up within a week of calling. The day of our appointment he gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way and brought carpet samples of the color I liked + more. Turns out there was an even better color on the swatch he brought that added more dimension to the carpet, and better matched the paint I like. We just bought a carpet from Dick’s Carpets and we love it. Teresa was very knowledgeable and helpful. She came to our house within a few days to measure and got the installation scheduled a few days later. We went from dreaming about a new carpet to walking on it in 8 days. The installer did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Teresa and Dick’s carpets. This is the sixth time we have used Dick’s carpets between our home and my business.

I have used Dicks Carpet twice now to have tile installed in our home. I've been beyond happy and satisfied with the beautiful tile we recieved. Really great help from both Allen in sales who was really good at assessing what I needed and making excellent suggestions for me to consider; and Ray who did a fantastic job of installing the tile. A true artisan at making the tile floor look beautiful! These folks are REALLY good at what they do, and I will surely be back there for our next flooring project!

Teresa Higgins and her crew at Dick's Carpet One in Diamond Springs were absolutely amazing. Teresa took the time to come out to our home and give me a tour of their beautiful showroom and warehouse. We had carpet replaced in our bedrooms and couldn't be happier. Her knowledge of the products and mindfulness of our pets really helped us make our decision. I never thought I would say I Love carpet, but I really LOVE this carpet. The two man crew were very professional and did an amazing job and.they didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend them. They all made this a very pleasant experience.
