They are very nice. I wanted a small piece of carpet, and they actually cut a larger piece in half to get what I was looking for. They were as nice as if I was carpeting the whe house. Customer service people were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up buying both pieces of carpet. And recommended them to friends, who got the same good service. You can't go wrong shopping with them.
