Billy took my call and I could tell right away he knows what he is doing. No fluff, no confusion, just helpful guidance and a good tone the entire time. I appreciated that.

Contacted them in May 2016..... still have not changed my sand, but has since sent me a bill for the sand change. They would come out every month or so and tell me to run the pump till they came back....almost a year later, I am glad I shut off my pump. If you don't really want your pool up and running, they are your people to call.... if you want a pool for the summer, call someone else.... ANYONE ELSE!! We left the filter running for days and days, we added bleach after bleach, you never came back, of course we had to shut it off, you never came back till I emailed about this bill! The only thing I got out of this was a huge electric bill for running the pump constantly.

Billy resurfaced and tiled our concrete pool that had been sitting for 10+ years. They did a phenomenal job and would highly recommend. Came back and and did anything he said he would do.

I have used Dick's Pools for the past 10 years. They have been great to do business with. I highly recommend them.
