Finding a reliable plumber can be a nightmare, especially after receiving multiple quotes that seemed completely outrageous given the simplicity of the work required. However, my experience with Die Hard Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Not only was their pricing fair and transparent, but the quality of service was exceptional. ​The technician arrived exactly on schedule and maintained a professional, friendly demeanor throughout the visit. I truly appreciated that he didn't rush; he took the time to double-check every connection to ensure the valve replacement was flawless. This is actually my second time hiring them, and they have officially earned my loyalty. ​As the saying goes, once you find a company you can actually trust, you stop looking elsewhere. We used Die Hard Plumbing for a sewer and home plumbing inspection and they were extremely thorough. They communicated with us in detail and were very professional. We needed the inspection done right away and they fit us in last minute. I highly recommend them!

Die Hard is our go-to for anything plumbing related. They have once again come thru with quick efficient service, their staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable, and their expertise clear every time we have them do work for us. Over the last year, they have replaced our water heater, responded to a broken hot water line on a holiday, installed a water monitor for the entire house, and today took care of some faucets and shower drips. I am happy to pay to take care of the issues of small drips because I know I can count on them to be honest and tell me if a situation is one to be dealt with before it gets worse or if things are a simple fix. Yes- honest repair guys. I feel quite lucy!

Wouldn’t hire these people. I had a bad encounter with one of these people, not sure if it was the owner or who. It was on the road but if this is the way they act on the street, especially driving a marked vehicle then I don’t know how they are in person. Just letting you know that someone who is merge HAS to yield to incoming traffic. Incoming traffic DO NOT have to let you merge. Yes, it is courtesy. But a grown in his 40’s, maybe even older rolls his window down to curse at a young girl in her 20’s is ridiculous and not professional whatsoever. I have video proof of this guy acting aggressively towards me.

I called for a service call for a leaking pipe in the wall. My call was answered with a pleasant greeting. When I explained my situation I was squeezed in the the same day on what she said was a full schedule. Jake arrived observed the situation and said he would try to fix without any damage to the wall. Jake repaired the leaking pipe with no damage to the exterior wall. *are was very friendly and professional. Thank you Jake and Die hard staff. Highly recommend Die Hard plumbing. Roy
