Highly recommend Diffley. They came out early in the morning to address a sewer emergency just in time before it backed up into the house. They then also cleaned up the yard around our tank that had been overflowing all night. On top of that, they helped us navigate the challenging logistics between the town and the local sewer pump repair technician. Two main reasons I would recommend them to friends & family: 1. The guys that came out were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and effective. Pleasure to talk to and get to know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER!!! I had my septic pumped and inspected two years ago and the company didn't send it to the town. The town contacted me about it and since it was about due, I called diffley and asked them to pump and inspect it. I explained to them that the town needed it done right away and they said they would take care of it. They gave me a date and I said that I would confirm with tenant that it was fine, but they could assume it was if I didn't call back. The day came and I assumed everything was all set, but it turns out they never inspected it. I didn't find out until I was served with court papers by the town. I contacted Diffley.
