Bob and his team are a life savers. Our home was deemed inhabitable due to a prior owner/contractor cutting corners during a significant structural alteration. We had a very hard time finding a contractor and structural engineer willing to undertake the job. When we were losing hope Bob stepping up to the plate and also provided a recommendation of a highly sought architect/engineer. Once we got our plans and blueprints approved, Bob and his team got right to work. They were straight forward with price and what to expect but was extremely helpful walking us through the process and making necessary contacts to keep things rolling.
