Called because we had an emergency, he told me he would call after his next job and come out the same night. He never called. I called the next day seeing if he was going to have time to come out. The call ran once then went to voicemail, called about an hr later went straight to voicemail. I was desperate because my kids were not able to shower or anything for almost a week. He agreed to come out because of that, fully do not recommend Dillon!

Came out and dug a sewer line in neighbors yard. Pinning the car in the driveway due to hole. Inspection was performed and approved. Been 3 weeks and has not come out and closed the hole as yet. It’s a dangerous situation.

Dillon was professional, courteous and helpful on the phone- and got help out to us when no other plumber I contacted could fit me in their schedule. You know, these plumbing issues are like when you know you need to go to the doctor: do you really want to make an appointment for two weeks out?? No, the leak won't wait, it needs repair asap! Terry came out and kindly and adeptly took care of the problem. All's great! Thanks Dillon's Plumbing!!!
