I had them come out to pump my septic tank and solve an issue I had with my alarm going off. They just came back out, jetted my sand mound, didn’t solve my problem and charged me the $680 for the jet clean anyways. I understand they did their part, but I still feel robbed by the lack of solution.

I had dillsburg excavating and septic come out yesterday and they were fantastic. I called them at 630am they were at my house at 1030am. The woman who answered the phone was the sweetest. The 2 people who showed up were fantastic and extremely informational on our septic and things that would help us in the future as far as the toilet paper we use and the water per gallon that is flushed by our toilet. He recommended different things that would help prevent clogs and when covering the hole so we had easier access. As first time home owners dealing with septic issues it's intimating and they put our minds at ease. It was extremely affordable and much cheaper than I thought it was going to be! They will be the only company I call for help moving forward. Thank you guys for your help!
