Dimensions 2 saved us thousands of dollars! We initially had a different company turn on and inspect our system. They stated we need an entire new irrigation system which would cost us upwards of 7K. Tom himself came to our property the next day and found a simple valve wasn’t opened all the way (that the previous company looked over) and our water pressure was working perfectly fine. We just needed a few new heads and wiring fixed. The two technicians that came the next day were nice, knowledgeable and thorough. Dimensions 2 has proven they are trustworthy and dependable- I HIGHLY recommend.

Not a bad thing to say about this company. Here's the story: House built in 1981 with a sprinkler system dating to that era. Wanted to get a whole new system. In 2019 I decided I'd start looking around. There is a neighbor a bunch of blocks down from me who has a pristine house. I have never spoken to him, but his house exterior is just really nice and he seems like a hands-on kind of guy. A really organized garage, and I know he does a lot of his work himself. For example, I saw him on his roof doing something. I had always said to myself "this guy knows what he's doing, I like it." From the first contact I had I knew this was a first class organization who knew what they were doing. They came to my property on numerous occasions to install irrigation on newly planted trees and shrubs. I dealt directly with the owner Tom and he must have written the book on customer service! Everyone in his entire company that I dealt with were professional, courteous, and experienced. When you call the office to schedule the appointment they are accommodating to your requests.
