Dinomite Heating and Cooling and owner Cole Morano are upstanding and highly reputable. They replaced an HVAC unit for my mother in a timely manner and at a fair price. The install team was patient with her questions and ensured that everything was left clean and orderly and all work was done properly. PLUS, they are locally owned -- not a franchise and not a local company that was sold out to a national brand with no local presence. Trust the best! During the recent unseasonable cold spell that we had, I ran into all types of problems with my old HVAC system. Another well-known HVAC company that I was contracted with came to repair a thermostat failure problem. For some reason, the tech removed my auxiliary heating unit breaking the contacts on the unit board. The tech told me it hadn’t been working for a long time and offered to sell me a new one at $1200.00. Sure enough, a week later when a cold spell hit the area, my HVAC unit could not warm my home above 58 degrees which had never been a problem previously. I called Dinomite Heating & Cooling because a family member had used them previously and was very happy with their work. I loved our experience with Cole and his team. All the technicians that came to work install our new system were so professional and knowledgeable. They provided status texts so we knew exactly when they would be arriving. The guys worked hard and never stopped for breaks. Getting us up and running was their main priority. The office manager was very helpful as well. She is helping us file our rebates (Duke Power and Piedmont Natural Gas) and made us aware of the tax credits we need to file. I continue to tell my friends and neighbors that they should call on Dinomite for any HVAC needs.

Everyone I spoke with was super nice! Barbara is such a sweet person and helpful. Chris Del Real was awesome !! Very professional and friendly. He took a lot of time fixing our issue. Our Great Pyrenees Rocky loved Chris too.. With all his barking lol. We will definitely use them in the future!!! Thanks so much y'all are a blessing to us🙂
