Osmar worked on the buildout for our Sharkey's Columbia location and it was completed in time in line with estimated budget. Issues that came up were addressed as needed including in some cases reasonable additional costs. The quality of work has been great and so far fingers crossed no issues have come up in 3 months since. He is responsive and takes ownership of his work and things went pretty smooth!

Mar Contractors repaired rotting wood in several places outside the large (15-bedroom) home that my organization owns. Some of the work was not straightforward (such as repairing large columns on the porch), but Mar did a great job. Our porch looks like new, and some of the structural issues we were concerned about have been addressed. Would highly recommend.
