Rafael and his crew did a good job leveling out a steeply sloping section of our driveway and then adding a retaining wall with integrated steps and fencing. The quality of the work itself met our expectations, and we’re happy with how it turned out. Because of our initial experience and the final result, I am leaving 5 stars. That said, I would have liked more structure and clearer communication throughout the process. There was no formal agreement or written timeline, which led to some confusion. For example, Rafael requested full payment before completing the final touches, and it took about a month for him to return and finish the job. It all worked out in the end, but a bit more professionalism on that front would have made the experience smoother.

We recently had our retaining wall, stairs and walkway replaced and we could not be happier. Dionicio’s Landscaping, Construction and Paving did an excellent job. The quality of work, attention to detail and overall work ethic was outstanding. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have any home improvements done. We will definitely be using them for any future improvements.
