Well what can I say! A Saturday started with my grand niece peeing on an expensive 25 year old rug which I thought was a Chinese reg. My husband thought otherwise that it is a Persian rug. In my hurry I used a urine removing product. I was woken up the next morning with my husband saying that the rug spot had turned white. We turned to Gemini and the first one that popped up was max’s Dior LLC. He came right away and was aghast with what I had done. It was a Persian silk rug and very patiently explained and promised that he would restore it back to its original glory. Boy did he! It looks brand new and got an earful as to what to and what not to do. Wonderful service!! Wonderful person.

We have had great experiences with Dior. When we had trouble coordinating a pick up time for our rug, the owner personally dropped it off at our house. The prices are reasonable and they do a great job with cleaning and restoring. We have had our rug cleaned and my parents’ as well over the past two years.

This was my first experience with Dior Oriental Rug LLC. It won't be my last! Max was so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. With 40+ years experience, Max and his team work their best to satisfy the customer. I took Max my Sumak wool rug for repair. The fringe was coming off and I wanted the fringe removed and the ends bound like the long sides of the rug. Max explained the best way to bind the rug and gave me a great price! He was able to match the color of the wool exactly as the long side binding. The rug was finished on time too. It looks wonderful and I can enjoy my beautiful rug for many years to come. Max owns the company and has been in business for well over 30 years.. He is one of the most reputable vendors I use for all kinds of rugs including high end Persian rugs. He will pick up and deliver back at an extremely reasonable rate, give him a call when you need your rugs cleaned and want it done right, quick and at a reasonable price, better than anyone else I've used.

My dog made a mess of my very large Persian rug, leaving many urine stains and a telltale odor. I thought it was ruined, but Max not only got all the stains out of the cream colored background, but removed all traces of the odor.
