Flower Box May 4, 2025 . Found through "ANGI" . Poor craftsmanship and construction after one heavy rain. After 1-2 months> the Flower Box showed signs of the wood pulling apart at the seams. He did repair it. . Pedro Llerena (owner) did not use treated wood to prevent water damage and mold. The flower box showed signs of mold after 1- 2 months. Pedro refused to replace untreated moldy wood with treated wood and line the Flower Box too. . Did not honor his 6 month warranty without asking for an additional fees to replace the untreated moldy wood. I was extremely upset and very disappointed in his craftsmanship and construction work. He seemed to be a very nice family man. We thought we could trust him. But we were terribly wrong! We truly wished Pedro Llerena just honored his warranty

I recently hired DIR construction for a major renovation project on my home, and I am beyond impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Overall, I would absolutely recommend construction to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy professionals for their construction or renovation needs. Great company, super resourceful. They helped me with my decision to redo my driveway as it was a great investment before the winter time. The owner Pedro really was very understanding and guided me through the entire process as they made my wildest imaginations come to fruition.
