I had a great experience with Axel. I called him and told him what I needed. I had purchased a used Honda Accord with a push-button start, and it only came with one aftermarket key fob - no physical key, nothing else. I wanted another key fob with a physical key and one extra physical key. He said he could do it, no problem. He gave me a price over the phone, came out at the designated time we agreed to, and was on time. He did everything, let me check it all out, and was finished in probably just over 30 minutes. Direct Auto provided exceptional service at a reasonable price! He met me at my house in less than an hour after initial contact (& this wasn’t an emergency since I was home) unlocked my vehicle, programmed a new fob and cut the key - all in less than 30 minutes.
