Direct Floors

Visited Direct Floors twice, I will never go back. Nobody ever greets you when you walk in. Employees seem to be nonexistent because I walked around for over 5 minutes and nobody came out to assist me, the door also chimes every time you open it. I thought maybe they were short-staffed on the weekend since it was Saturday, so I visited the store on a weekday. Same exact routine: walked in, door chimed, stood in the showroom for a couple minutes, and absolutely no help.

We recently had Direct Floors install a hardwood floor and carpet. We could not have been happier with the quality of the work! They were fantastic from start to finish. Great people to work with and would use them again and again. Highly recommend! Completely satisfied!

I love my beautiful new floor! The process was long due to issues not related to the company itself but it was worth the wait and Direct Floors worked with me. I got estimates at other places, Direct Floors was the best one and I didn't get the feeling they were over charging and padding the bill. It was a fair price. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with information. I recommend them and would use them again, they have every floor imaginable.

Mel was great to work with, they got me the floor I needed in a very timely fashion, and at a lower price than the other places I looked at before I found them. Found a new home for flooring supplies, definitely take a look.

We recently remodeled our basement and was told by a friend to give them a try. I am so glad we did. From the moment we walked into the store and the way through the install they were nothing but knowledgeable and very professional. We love our new floor and will be using them again for our kitchen. You definitely won’t be disappointed!
