Direct Fuel

We had a boiler issue late one pretty cold night at the end of December. Joe from Direct Fuels service team came out in a timely manner and was able to get the boiler up and running relatively quickly. He was friendly and professional even though it was late and cold. Between the consistent oil deliveries and prompt service requests to keep the family warm, Direct Fuel has delivered.

I have been a customer of Direct Fuel for about 6 years. They have always provided me with excellent service and on time deliveries. I had an emergency about two years ago when the temperature was -5degrees and my oil line froze. We didn't have heat and I called Direct Fuel service dept. They arrived and fixed the problem within two hours. They do live up to their pledge they won't leave you out in the cold. Thank you Direct Fuel!

I have had nothing but issues with this company since I moved in to my apartment. I had a prime service done back in December along with a oil delivery, which went fine. Come April, went to order more oil, and I was told that there was a "do not deliver" note on our account due to a "bad tank." Now, there was no communication whatsoever about a bad tank. Finally, I go to have a delivery done today, and they denied us again because of the same issue even though my landlord and plumber came out and said that nothing is wrong with the tank. I get a called hours later, from "the owner", YELLING at me, accusing me of manually adding fuel to our tank, and not having a cover on it, and also apparently told them that the tank was replaced, which was NOT true. No new tank was needed, nor did I ment
