Direct Home Appliance Services

I had a very disappointing experience with Direct Home Appliance Services and won't use their services ever again. I'd recommend exercising extreme caution before enlisting their help. They installed new microwave door in one of my condo units and it was mismatched... this looks awful and diminishes the value of the property. Had I known they were going to install a mismatched door (this wasn't clearly disclosed to us or the property manager) I would have just requested we install a brand new microwave unit. Our PM followed up with Direct Home and requested a refund. They were resistant and only issued a partial repair (only for parts, not labor). This was even more frustrating as this is clearly sub-standard work and does not meet the expectation of a typical 'like-for-like' repair. Mist

I called early in the day for a dishwasher repair (wasn't draining and leaking on the floor). Was able to get a same day appointment and Levi was very prompt and professional. Drain pump was out and they had the part in stock. Repair was completed very timely and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend this company and I will certainly reach out to them for any appliance repair needs in the future.

My oven kept losing heat so I called Direct Home Services. Levi came over today and just from my description on what was happening to my oven, he knew exactly what was wrong. He replaced the igniter and within minutes, my oven was working perfectly and the price was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that’s having problems.

The technician arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had our refrigerator up and running the same day. I’m very happy with the results and the overall professionalism. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Called for service on our oven on Monday morning. Beverly scheduled for after lunch. Levi was great... He came, diagnosed problem, ran to get needed part, installed and we were back to baking. Would certainly call again for service on our range.
